Dowinz Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dowinz platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to participate in Dowinz raffles. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. Account Registration

To participate, you must create an account with accurate information (username, email, full name, phone number, bank details). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Ticket Purchases

Tickets cost between ₦200 and ₦5,000 and can be purchased using funds in your Dowinz account via Pillar's Swift Payment. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and must be made between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM WAT on raffle days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

5. Raffle Participation

Raffles are held three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) at 8:00 PM WAT. Winners are selected via a random number generator or live draw. You may purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances.

6. Prizes

Prizes include cash (₦1 million and above) and items like home appliances, gadgets, beauty products, bags, and haircare products. Winners can choose to receive prizes via waybill to their provided address or redeem for cash, paid instantly to their bank account via our agents.

7. Payments and Security

All payments are processed securely through Pillar's Swift Payment. Dowinz is not liable for issues arising from incorrect bank details provided by users.

Additional Policies

  • Account Termination: Dowinz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms.
  • Liability: Dowinz is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors beyond our control, including payment processing or raffle draws.
  • Prize Claims: Winners must claim prizes within 30 days. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
  • Privacy: Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
  • Changes to Terms: Dowinz may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
